To Our Valued Customers:
In response to the continuing COVID-19 situation, I wanted to outline the measures Marshall Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. is taking to protect our employees and our customers. Our top priority is to continue to support you and your organization to keep your trucks moving in a safe manner.
In this uncertain time, we are committed to continuing to service our customers’ trucks. We recognize the important role we serve in our customers’ ability to keep the supply chain moving. We are also committed to communicating any changes in our level of service to all our valued customers.
We are following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on preventing the spread of the Coronavirus. In keeping with this we request that visits to our property are for business purposes only.
To further mitigate the risk of infection and protect our employees we kindly ask that you call our service department in advance and wait in your truck for further instructions. In addition, we are speaking to drivers through our closed service window, having them fill out their own tags and leave their keys in a box. We are adding drivers’ names and phone numbers to our work orders rather than have them sign.
We are offering to send our customers their statements and invoices by email. We are also accepting payments of invoices via electronic funds transfer. For information on any of these items please email email@example.com.
In order to ensure you have the most up to date information as quickly as possible we are asking any customers who have received this letter in the mail to provide us with a valid email address. Please send the information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are working closely with our supply partners to ensure there will be no interruptions in the supply chain.
We are promoting social distancing protocols and procedures in our shop and offices. As well, we've enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols to our facilities and equipment.
